Privacy policy
Short, because we collect very little.
Who we are
This website is operated by Recursive Chaos Labs L.L.C. (“Recursive Chaos Labs”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in North Carolina, United States, at 4030 Wake Forest Rd, Ste 349, Raleigh, NC 27609. For any privacy question or request, write to support@recursivechaoslabs.com.
What this website collects
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and has no login, account system or contact form. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share personal data with anyone for advertising.
Our hosting provider automatically processes standard server request data — including IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL and timestamp — for the purpose of delivering the site, security and abuse prevention. We use this only in aggregate and do not attempt to identify individuals from it.
If you email us
When you write to one of our published addresses we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence, and we retain it for as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
Our applications
Our applications are in development and are not yet publicly available. Any application we publish to the App Store or Google Play will carry its own privacy policy describing exactly what that application collects, why, and how long it is kept, published before or at the time of release. This website policy does not describe application data handling.
Children
This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to support@recursivechaoslabs.com. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
