A studio owner’s week is a stack of overlapping systems: a scheduling spreadsheet, a payment processor, a group chat with two hundred parents, a printed run sheet that changes the morning of the recital. None of them know about each other. The owner is the integration layer.

Studio Maestro replaces that stack with one place where the schedule, the roster, the family, and the money are the same set of facts. Change a class time once and everyone who needed to know, knows.

The hardest work in it is the part nobody sees. Competition run sheets and convention schedules arrive as PDFs, screenshots and forwarded emails in no fixed format. Turning that into a clean, correct schedule used to cost a coordinator most of a day. In Studio Maestro it becomes a dropdown.

Recursive Chaos Labs’ role

Recursive Chaos Labs does not own Studio Maestro. RCL holds a license to build and distribute the mobile applications, so the platform can live on a phone rather than only in a browser — including submission to the App Store and Google Play once the apps are complete.
